Job requirements include:

-Experience in UX/UI design – portfolio required

-Experience in graphic design and UX of mobile apps (Android & iOS) - a Must

-Ability to plan and implement innovative interfaces tailored to business and technological needs

-Proficiency in design tools, including Adobe tools

-Teamwork skills and mental flexibility

-Experience in web design and development – an advantage

Corporate Controller

SeismicAI develops and implements innovative earthquake early warning solutions, and is now looking for a Corporate Controller to join its team. 

As our Corporate Controller, you'll be a key player, responsible for managing the consolidated financial integrity of the company, including the Israeli entity and its international subsidiaries/consolidation (Corporate Controller for the consolidated group). This is a hands-on, autonomous role that requires exceptional attention to detail and a deep understanding of corporate finance and international taxation.

 

 

Job requirements:

-CPA required.-Mandatory: Previous experience at one of the Big 4 accounting firms (KPMG, EY, PwC, or Deloitte).

-Minimum 3 years of experience in a Controller or Senior Accounting/Finance role, preferably within an international environment.

-Previous experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller is preferred, especially within a tech environment.

-Business Insight, Process Expertise

-ERP Proficiency

-Expert knowledge of all financial procedures: A/P, A/R, Payroll management, and Cash Flow Management.

-Strong practical knowledge of inventory processes and cost accounting.

-Deep knowledge of international tax regulations, specifically Transfer Pricing policies.

-High proficiency in English (written & verbal).

-Advantage: Knowledge of Spanish.

 

Job description:

Business Partnership & Process Ownership:
-Utilize strong business acumen to align financial strategy with company operations and growth goals.

-Build, implement, and enforce robust financial policies and processes across the organization.

Financial Management & Consolidation:

-Oversee and manage the end-to-end financial operations for the company and its consolidated entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

-Manage the consolidation process of all subsidiaries into the corporate financial statements.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

-Develop, manage, and monitor the annual corporate budget and rolling financial forecasts, analyzing variances and providing strategic insights to management.

Cash Flow Management:

-Develop, manage, and monitor corporate cash flow and liquidity, including generating timely and accurate cash flow projections and optimizing working capital.

Operational Accounting:

-Serve as the primary liaison and point of contact for the external accounting firm, ensuring all accounting records and reporting are accurate and timely.

-Highly detail-oriented ownership of all core financial processes, including payroll administration, accounts payable (suppliers), and accounts receivable (customers).

-Manage and control inventory processes and valuations, ensuring accurate cost of goods sold (COGS) reporting.

ERP System Management:

-International Tax & Compliance: Deep understanding and management of international taxation, with a focus on Transfer Pricing documentation and compliance for intercompany transactions.
