Operations & Supply Chain Manager

Operations and Supply Chain Manager

SeismicAI is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead and oversee the operational aspects of our industrial partnerships which include production partners, installation partners, customization and integration worldwide.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong partner relationships, building processes from scratch and overseeing the processes within the developed supply chain. The role also includes providing operational end customer support and managing maintenance activities and process launch. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent managerial and interpersonal skills, with experience in implementing and excelling processes.

Role

- Build, manage and coordinate all operational and logistical processes.

- Develop and implement efficient strategies for supply chain management.

- Coordinate work with internal and external parties.

- Control and monitor budgets, inventory, and operational targets.

- Solve problems and manage risk effectively.

- Streamline processes and continuously improve performance.

 

Requirements

- Fluent English, Italian and Spanish - a plus

- Proven experience (5+ years) in international operations and supply chain management roles.

- In-depth understanding of manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management processes.

- Extensive knowledge of ERP and supply chain management software.

- Team management, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

- Entrepreneurial approach and high service awareness.

- Masters degree in business administration MBA - a plus.

- Proven experience in operations management, supply chain, and partner relationship management, preferably in the industrial customization and hardware installation sector.

- Strong understanding of the Italian or Mexican markets and relevant standards and regulations.

- Excellent managerial and leadership skills with a track record of successfully building and leading teams.

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex supply chain processes.

- Effective communication skills with fluency in both Italian and English.

- Customer-centric mindset with the ability of presenting and collaborating with large corporations and b2b customers
